This cube allows for excitation of autofluorescence with 405 nm and fluorophores with 450-490 nm light. The single detector measures both signals within the fluorescence detection window from 500-550 nm band. The separation of autofluorescence from the fluorophore emission is possible if both excitations are modulated. On the drawing AE and E are ports for autofluorescence and fluorophore respective excitations, F is for fluorescence detection and S is for fixed sample port. The numbers in the brackets of the ordering code denote the corresponding wavelength bands.
